This document outlines the redesign of Care's core EMR features. It serves as the single source of truth for implementing Care's EMR Architecture from both engineering and product perspectives. The documentation may have a slight engineering bias. The docs made here are inspired from FHIR, but we have modified the specification to accommodate to our requirements, we strive to maintain data that can be translated to FHIR spec if needed.
